The initial product had a flaw. I contacted Cloe and she immediately resolved the issue. I received a new unit quickly and the item has worked fantastic. Great product and Great customer service. I strongly recommend this product and this company.

I had problems with my AVAPOW charging unit overheating and reached out to customer service department for a replacement. They quickly replied and was courteous and quite helpful. I��m awaiting my replacement but feel confident they will do the right thing. Their products seem to be quite outstanding.

I like this product. It has a compact design, the jump cables attachment are really high quality build IMO. They are sturdy, strong and again compact, easy to connect and store in the nice case it has. I had charged up the Avapow with ease, all my 12v and 120v chargers worked to 100% ??

It's important to understand the product and the tolerance it has, when it should work 100% and where it may not work. I have a 2000 Freightliner Century on a 48v System. My voltage was down to about +/- 10.5v to 10.9v and it actually started my truck. Yes it was assisting the already low batteries but it did the job.???? It was about 70�� outside so the engine oil was warm and it turned over right away. I was super surprised! ???? Now, my system on another day was down to about 7.9 Volts and it would not start my truck but that's okay. ??

I had a small issue with the Barrell plug lighter but the company took care of it right away. If you have a maintained vehicle and the PROPER voltage, it should work great to assist in the "jump starting" of the car. Remember, you can't fix dead or a real low voltage batteries with out a real charging system. That's why these are jump starters with certain specs.

I used this product several times since I got it and it did a great job. One day I had an issue with it not working so I sent in an email about it because it was still under warranty. They promptly responded and decided to replace my unit, which I can't wait to have in case I need it again.

I've had my 2021 Ford Super Duty 6.7L diesel since new, and it has two batteries. I've replaced both sets of batteries twice, and each time this jump starter started them like it was nothing. It is also convenient that it has USB-C charging.

I am writing more about customer service of this product. My AVAPOW 6000A unit stopped working. Contacted customer service and they replaced the product.

I have owned since late 2023 this has been a great jumping unit and will start my Duramax as well as other diesel trucks. So starting a car is easy and effortless! The only issue I have had is the jumper cable if the HT lights up give it the time to cool as it can cause issue with jumping if you keep forcing it. (user error) but on that note the customer service is great and they helped me get a new cable end so I can continue to use. I definitely would recommend and buy another when needed

Used it the other day on diesel truck cranked it right over. Much better than having to move a vehicle and braking out the jumpers.????

I bought a AVAPOW 6000A, model A68, Battery Jump Starter over 2 years ago, I charged it up and then placed in my vehicle. When I got the Jump Starter out of my vehicle it showed 25% charge. It would not take a charge. I contacted the Service Department online and explained what was going on. The Service Dept is sending me a replacement Jump Starter. This response from the Service Dept exceeds my expectations. AVAPOW is replacing this unit even though it's past their 24-month warranty period. This is a good example of Taking Care of the Customer. It's a very strong jumpbox capable of jumping a 2015 ram 3500 Cummins so I'm pretty sure it can jump anything.

This is a solid well built jumpstarter! I have bought a few of the Avapow jumpers, both 2000A and 6000A. The 2000A i keep in my car, and the 6000A i keep in a 26' Freightliner truck. I have also recommended both units to friends, family, and colleagues who also own and drive commercial vehicles.
