Best jump pack Iv had so far. I use it regularly working on cars. I try not to go anywhere without it.

So far so good. I bought this to jump my snowmobile after sitting all year. The battery was completely dead on the sled, put this on and it cranked right up. I hope it last, but for the price, its good so far.

UPDATE: Owner contacted me and sent me an updated unit which works great!! This new upgraded unit fixes all the issues with the old one. Thank you!

Old Review: False advertising! This thing is a piece of crap. I was able to jump start a ford focus & a kia rio, both small cars. Started these cars easily. Thankfully, both cars still had juice in the battery just not enough to start them so the charger worked fine and acted like it had plenty of power. One thing to note is first off I don’t understand how this thing has so many positive reviews. Another thing I noticed, was the positive reviews with videos. The unit had a different connector than the one that came with mine. Judging from looking at all the pictures in the reviews, it seems like it is hit or miss some of the units come with what looks like an upgraded connector and some come with the connector like mine. Hooked the jump starter back up to the charger and made sure it was fully charged. One week later I needed to use my tractor for something and the battery was dead. My tractor has a 3 L diesel engine in it. In the advertisement, it clearly states that it will jumpstart all gas vehicles, and diesel vehicles up to 10 L NOT TRUE!
The unit was fully charged when I went to jumpstart my tractor. Turned it on hooked up the cables & immediately the light turned green like it was supposed to. Went to start my tractor, and instantly the light on the jump starter turned red and started beeping the low-voltage code LV. After that it started doing it immediately after hooking the cables up to the battery. This unit does not have enough power to jumpstart a 3 L tractor, even though it says so in the advertisement. If this unit really had 4000 peak amps it should start my tractor with no problem. I hit the button on the unit to check the charge and all four lights lit up as the unit was saying it was fully charged. I figured I would double check to make sure there was no mistake on the unit and it could possibly have been dead. Well, I had a Kia Rio, which is a spare car that just sits in my driveway and usually has a dead battery because it sits. This is a very small car with a 1.6 L engine in it. I checked the car and the battery was dead and car would not start but still had enough juice to turn the lights on in the dash so I hooked up the jump starter and immediately the light turned green and I was able to start the car with no problem. This proved the jump starter was fully charged. It just did not have enough power to start my tractor. What a piece of crap! Do not waste your time or money on this Chinese garbage! Look elsewhere. I hope this helps anyone possibly looking to purchase this unit. Don’t do it! You will regret it.

I received the package today and observed that the High-Quality type-C cable-1 is missing. Therefore, would not be able to use this product optimally as the vital charging cable. I will be grateful if the missing High-Quality Type-C is sent to me.

This thing is a beast of a machine. The charging time is nothing when compaided to the amount of days it holds charge. The build quality is great, really rigid. And it's a simple plug and play. If you could play Tetris you could connect this. The size is good for me. I just slip this under my car seat. I would say that it was a great product for the price. Made me buy one for a friend as well.

In the past, was using an A2C jumper. As you would expect, the thing didn't deliver enough voltage to Jumpstart a dead cell vehicle. This? If the battery doesn't cause the connector to turn green, you can force jump it, and it will start up as if that battery wasn't total death 2 seconds ago... not to mention the other utilities it can provide

I’m changing my review from 3 to 5 stars. I stated on my previous review that the unit couldn’t start my x5 under certain conditions. Upon contact with the seller, I was promptly sent a no charge replacement with a brand new unit working perfectly.
I’m satisfied with the new unit and that’s what prompted me to change my review to 5 stars.

This car jump starter was a great product at a reasonable price. It worked very well for 4 different cars that we had. It was an improved version from the previous generation. After about a year, it couldn’t be recharged. I reached out to AVAPOW technical support for help. Jolene was very responsive and helpful. After a few emails exchange, AVAPOW tech concluded that the unit was defective, so a brand new replacement unit was shipped and delivered to me within three days.

I Purchase the unit a year ago and I have absolutely loved how it works. Then all of a sudden it would not take a charge. I contacted the company and the representative -Jolene ask me a few questions and asked me to send a video of what it was doing. They are now sending me a replacement. Thank you for great customer service
